The main goal of Construcciones Iparlan, S.L.is to care for the health and safety of all employees, our own or subcontracted, that carry on their activities in the worksites and work centres, always safeguarding their life, physical integrity and health, and properly caring for the work environment in which the work activity takes place. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System are based upon the following premises:
• To avoid work accidents, for which it has available all the necessary means and measures of prevention.
• To establish the prevalence of hazard prevention and health care over the productive activity.
• Investing in safety is profitable; it improves quality, raises productivity and saves costs.
• To identify, make widely known and ensure the compliance with current legislation and regulation pertinent to the company’s activities, as well as any other requisites the company may undersign to this purpose.
• To promote a high level of involvement in the development of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System from the employees and the people that work in the name of the company.
• To train, motivate and make the most of the staff’s abilities and to promote their sense of responsibility.
• To identify the necessary processes for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and to ensure the efficiency of its functioning and control. To determine its sequence, interaction, criteria, methods, resources and information.
